I am a registered social worker who specializes in psychotherapy (more commonly known as therapy). I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from King's University College at Western University in 2019, and I've been working in the field ever since within the public sector. In addition to working full-time in a hospital-based mental health program, I have established and launched my private clinic in 2025. Based in London, Ontario, I offer virtual psychotherapy services to clients across the province.
I primarily work with youth and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, disordered eating, body image struggles, and trauma responses often related to PTSD. Many of those who I support feel like their emotions, actions, or even their lives are out of their control, which can be very overwhelming and disruptive day to day. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven approach that helps people manage and move through these types of challenges. My aim is to make specialized, effective therapy more accessible, especially since it's not always easy to find the right support in the community.
